Shared plight fosters sociability
Barry Robinson's one-hour commute to his Baltimore job stretched to four hours and he consoled himself with a stop at Corned Beef Row for "a big one" from Attman's. With the aftermath of this weekend's snowstorm lying heavy over the region, countless thousands of Marylanders were left inconvenienced, aggravated and just plain stuck.

Lieberman throws in the towel
Filed under: — Robert Farrow @ 10:36 pm

Breaking News: Lieberman is giving his concession speech. It looks like Lamont wins. Lieberman also announced he is running as an independent.

And the Democratic party has just warped into the anti-war party. This also means there is no room for moderation inside the Democratic party, or any other opinion except the radical left. Free speech just died guys, because if you don’t stick with the message of surrender, appeasement, and defeat, Move-On and the other America haters will drive you out. Any working with the other side of the aisle is gone too.

Also, notice how the MSM have ignored the jew-bashing messages on the Daily Kos. The radical left is radical hatred guys, hatred for any opinion that is not their own, and hatred for their country. Finally, just to show you the Democratic commitment to free speech, Lieberman’s web site has been knocked off line. If you wish to support the last of the Democratic moderates, click here.

Anyone who thinks this party will do anything to make our country safer is either stupid or smoking something illegal. In short, the Democratic party as Kenendy ( JFK not Ted) knew it, or as Roosevelt knew it, is dead.

Defeat is now the mantra of the Democratic party. And if we follow it, we will one day loose our country.

  4. Also, notice how the MSM have ignored the jew-bashing messages on the Daily Kos.

Idiot. Some clown with an internet connection types a wrong-headed comment on a web site, and you want to take that as representative of every liberal. Bottom-dwellers like Coulter and Limbaugh routinely lie and smear, make millions doing it, and you say nothing.

Pretty much the apex of contemporary right-wing thinking there, nicely complemented by “Delbert’s” ignorant remark. Face it: The faction primarily responsible for Lieberman’s political demise is Lieberman. Consider how Republican cultists would treat, say, Senator Hagel, if he made a career of consistently embracing Hillary Clinton’s foreign policy ideas and simultaneously chastising members of his own party — the entire GOP apparatus would be mobilized, and clowns like “Delbert” would be calling Hagel “anti-American”.

All that said, I heartily encourage all you right-wingers to keep muttering to your own navels. You’ll be that much less prepared for the political bitch-slapping that’s coming your way in November, and that’ll make all your whining self-pity even more hilarious.

By the way, what are you yahoos doing typing on the net anyway? Why haven’t you enlisted? Don’t y’all wanna fight the scourge of Islamofascism?

  5. 60% of the country now opposes the war. A lots of folks to call deluded or traitorous. In CN, such people voted against a Senator that championed the war. Too complex for you, is it?

Ravens Team Report (Yahoo! Sports)

The Ravens are banking that Jim Zorn will continue the development of Joe Flacco into an elite franchise quarterback.

Zorn, who was the head coach for the Washington Redskins the past two seasons, was hired by Baltimore to become its quarterbacks coach on Jan. 30.

Although Zorn struggled as a head coach, the Ravens were impressed by his experience: 11 seasons as an NFL quarterback, 11 seasons as a respected NFL quarterback coach and a familiarity with their offense.

"That's a great resume for us," Harbaugh said.

Zorn replaces Hue Jackson, who joined the Oakland Raiders as their offensive coordinator. Baltimore chose Zorn because he has a history of mentoring young quarterbacks like Flacco.
